Gerry Mendyk, CEO/CFO, is a seasoned Businessman/Entrepreneur, accredited CMA and a 30-year veteran of the Calgary Oil & Gas field, having served in senior executive and founder capacities over his tenure, in both private and public companies. He has assisted in restructuring companies in addition to successfully raising hundreds of millions in investment capital. Beyond working with leading Oil and Gas companies, Mr. Mendyk has also founded several companies in Oil and Gas, Real Estate Development and other sectors. He has developed and directed teams and has consistently lead incremental growth in companies over his career. Mr. Mendyk’s astute business acumen, connections and financial expertise positions him well as ADL’s strategic and tactical CEO and Chief Financial Officer.
James Paul, President, has a unique ability to identify opportunities and transition them into new ventures, bringing together and creating solid business fundamentals through a network of domestic and international contacts. Mr. Paul is now the President of ADL after providing all of the initial due diligence, restructuring and building of the new ADL team. Mr. Paul brings experience in business structuring, risk management and raising funds in the capital markets. During these fundraising initiatives, he also acted in investor relations capacities. His expertise in business building and relationship management has created a co-operative arrangement with several firms, which will bode well for ADL’s immediate and future success.
Al Leduc, Senior Vice President and Technical Advisor, as the founder of ADL and creator of the technology, Mr. Leduc will continue to utilize his 38-year track record to further develop the technology and to lead the operations management team for rapid growth, as well as ensuring ADL’s compliance regarding all regulatory issues. His impressive knowledge in the engineering and drilling arenas continues to garner industry respect for all of ADL.
Donald Walling, General Manager and Vice President of Strategic Operations, was brought on to ADL in very early stages of the restructured company, for his management consulting background, as well as his strategic acumen and business model development expertise. With a 26 year business and management career acting as a consultant and senior manager to major corporations, his involvement is invaluable in the dynamics of running a tight ship. His career has taken him through many industries and disciplines including power/energy, telecom, technology, infrastructure and corporate disaster recovery which had a natural evolution into the Oil & Gas industry. He has been instrumental in the development of the ADL team and structure, as well as policies, standard operating procedures, systems and ADL’s strategic/project management methodology development.
